Mercatto Casa’s history begins with a child’s play between the sisters Eliana and Marcia, the brand’s creators.

​The nostalgic childhood met the profound desire to transform dreams into reality. Over the years, the game of imagination became a true passion for both sisters, driving themto turn their childhood play into a successful business.

​Since 1999, Mercatto Casa has continued to offer a unique selection of decoration objects, with stories and handmade with love.
​Eliana, with her degree in advertising and experience in the fashion world, brings a keen eye to creations and a unique sensibility when choosing the colors, textures, and patterns for each object. Marcia, who has liked writing her thoughts in a little notebook since she was twelve, makes Mercatto’s creations pure poetry.

Eliana and Marcia’s interest in painting, embroidery, and decoration was influenced by their mother, Zelia Lucia, and grandmother, two women who always knew the true beauty in the little things. Their teaching and ways of looking at the world are reflected in every creation of the brand.
